Olivia, I thought you’d like to hear that since your overhaul of my wardrobe, style and general approach to clothing the feedback I’ve received has been mind blowing. From day one of wearing my “new look” the compliments I’ve been given has made me feel so confident and given me a new lease of life. I’m wearing items of clothing that I’d never thought would have suited me, I’m looking at clothing brands that again I thought would of never been in my remit, it has literally changed my whole approach to what and how I wear combinations of clothing. You made me feel relaxed enough to share my insecurities about body shape, my clothing choices and the reasons why, and the more I shared the better and more imagination you came up with. From the initial consultation, the mood boards, your communication, openness of costs and budget, to the management of delivery and exchanges was exceptional and seamless, which is so important to me as I’ve such a busy working life. What I did find amazing was that from one (1) visit you managed to get 95% of the items ordered to fit first time which has always been a frustration of mine when going shopping. In summary, I feel like a new man with a new found love of my style and wardrobe to support my look. I cannot thank you enough for making me find the new me. I look forward our next session to get my summer wardrobe ready. You’ve literally changed my life…..and those that know me have seen the transformation in me overnight.

Just a whole morning with you yesterday and I feel so excited about my future wardrobe. In such a short time you identified that holding onto clothes that are old, tired and because they were expensive is no reason to keep in your wardrobe especially when they no longer like me or I like them. For the 1 st time in years I can see my clothes ( the wardrobe you tackled anyway) and dividing into seasons now seems the obvious not just holiday clothes put away for the winter. Your gentle honesty is crucial and very much welcomed otherwise I would not move forward with de cluttering of my wardrobe! I loved that you showed me colour and fabric combination that brought my existing cloths to life again.

As somebody who doesn’t particularly enjoy shopping and finds it slightly overwhelming at times I was a little bit apprehensive about my
shopping experience with Olivia but I had no need to worry! Olivia made the whole process very easy with her attention to detail from
