Before the appointment, Olivia will take time to get to know you over a friendly call to discuss your style goals, wardrobe space and what you would like from the experience. This will be followed by a questionnaire to get a true understanding of your body shape, physique, style personality and lifestyle to maximise your wardrobe edit experience.

During the discovery call, Olivia will schedule an in-person meeting to work through your wardrobe, deciding together on each item you want to keep, re-home/sell, get fixed, or pack away for another season. This will ensure that the pieces remaining fit impeccably and work hard for their place in your wardrobe. This service will take up to 3 hours maximum. Any additional time will be charged as an add-on.

Olivia will show you how to create exciting new ways to style your re-invented wardrobe, with detailed guidance on how to dress for your body shape, and discuss any key missing gaps. This will be followed up with a recap of the session and an additional Pinterest board curated to your body shape and style personality with helpful tips.
