1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by The Wellness Way Limited (Company Registration: 10261700), trading as Style Select Source, registered at: 24-28 Brockenhurst Road, Ascot, SL5 9DL.
By booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Style Select Source provides personal styling services, including but not limited to wardrobe consultations, shopping experiences, and style coaching. All services are subject to availability and must be pre-booked.

3. Payment Terms
‍
Payment must be made in full at least one week (7 days) prior to your booked session.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods as detailed at the time of booking.
Failure to complete payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
‍
To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, the following cancellation and rescheduling terms apply:

4.1 Cancellations & Refunds
More than 72 hours (3 days) before your appointment – No cancellation fee; full refund or option to reschedule.
Between 72 and 24 hours before your appointment – 50% of the service fee will be retained as a cancellation charge.
Less than 24 hours before your appointment – No refund will be issued, and the full payment will be charged.

4.2 Rescheduling
More than 72 hours before – One reschedule allowed at no extra cost.
Between 72 and 24 hours before – Rescheduling permitted with a £25 admin fee.
Less than 24 hours before – Rescheduling is treated as a cancellation, and a new booking must be made.

4.3 No-Shows & Late Arrivals
If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be permitted.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After this, your session may be shortened or rescheduled at the discretion of Style Select Source.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate personal information during the booking process.
If a service requires specific items (e.g., wardrobe pieces for assessment), the client must ensure these are available.
Style Select Source is not responsible for any dissatisfaction due to personal preferences after service completion.

6. Liability
‍
Style Select Source provides professional styling advice based on expertise and industry trends. However, we are not liable for any financial loss, dissatisfaction, or third-party purchases made based on our advice.
We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from client actions before, during, or after the session.

7. Intellectual Property
‍
All content, including styling advice, guides, and materials provided during consultations, remains the intellectual property of Style Select Source and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.

8. Data Protection & Privacy
‍
Style Select Source complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Client information is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services.

9. Amendments
‍
Style Select Source reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or directly to clients where applicable.

10. Governing Law
‍
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
