Olivia will send you a brief “Getting to know you” form to make sure she is aligned with your desired goals for the shopping experience.
This will be followed by a phone call to discuss or answer any questions and finalise the plan for the shopping day ahead.

With your brief, budget and timeframe in mind, Olivia will do a carefully curated pre-select shop for clothes and accessories before your appointment at the retail destination of your choice. This will be strategically planned to revolve around your body shape, style personality and budget. On the shopping day, it will be a fun experience with Olivia’s kind approach to help you shop with a purpose and fulfil your desired style goals. During the session there will be breaks for refreshments and time to reflect on the session, look back through images of created outfits, and to recap on the style brief.

Following on through the personal shop Olivia will send you an in-depth email to touch base with how you feel the personalised experience went, recap all the styling tips, and send images of outfits created.
